I bought something and it's gone

Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. Remove Ads and the ember wings come back. Dust you bought is part of your progress, which comes back through iCloud (see the next question).

How do I get my progress on a new phone or iPad?

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on both, then open the game. Your stars, dust, items and upgrades come across on their own. If two devices disagree, the game keeps the best of both: your best stars on every level, everything you own on either.

What does Remove Ads do?

It's a one-time purchase. No more ads, every Revive is free, and the dust from every level win is doubled. The ember wings bundle includes all of that plus the wings.

The Revive or double dust button isn't there

Those need an ad, and an ad needs an internet connection. If you're offline, or no ad is ready yet, the button stays hidden. Give it a moment online and it comes back. With Remove Ads, Revive is always there.

Game Center isn't signing in

Open the Settings app → Game Center and sign in there, then come back to the game. Your Endless best and every achievement you've already earned are sent as soon as you're signed in.

Can I play a lesson again?

Yes. Settings → Lessons lists every threat you've met. Tap one to practise it.

How do I change the language?

Settings → Language. The game speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German.

How do I start over?

Settings → Reset progress, then tap it again to confirm. This erases your progress on this device and in iCloud, and it can't be undone. Purchases aren't lost: Restore purchases brings them back.

How do I turn off personalised ads?

Refuse tracking when iOS asks, or change it later in the Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the law applies, the game's Settings → Privacy choices opens Google's consent form again. More in the privacy policy.
